The staffs in the 365 restaurant were helpful and polite, specially who served our food. We opted for ala carte and tried different dishes and we liked the food a lot. Housekeeping staff did a good job of cleaning up the room and making the room comfortable. In room dining was decent. The hotel is clean and beautiful.

We stayed at Radisson Vizag during the Diwali break. Beautiful location and extremely caring service. The beach, even though it is not private, is connected to the property and is one of the most peaceful and beautiful ones we have seen across India. All other key tourist spots in Vizag such as Totlakonda, Kailasagiri, submarine museum etc. are all not more than half an hour from the hotel. The staff was top notch and was extremely attentive to us. We were even invited to the Diwali celebrations at the hotel and had an amazing time with fireworks, food, Diya lighting and rangoli. Room was spacious and clean. The view from balcony of the sea was soothing. The kids play area is good and the recreation room is one of the best I’ve seen. Very well stocked. I can’t believe this property does not yet have as much occupancy as it should. Highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast, and dinner was tasty as well! Unbeatable service and welcoming staff members made it such a pleasure to dine there. Coffee and tea service with breakfast was amazing.

This is a fabulous hotel . The staff without exception are attentive , welcoming and go out of their way to help you without being overbearing. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The pool is absolutely fabulous , the hotel is immaculate throughout and food is excellent . Our room had its own entrance and a separate sitting room . Don’t stay anywhere else if you are going to the beautiful Visakhapatnam! Loved it - thank you !

Breakfast was perfect! Just nothing to comment about, staff at the breakfast were very friendly and supportive, loved the options they had for healthy food, like Millet upma, Raggi idli and raagi dosa. Healthy food doesn't have to taste bad! Loved the location, swimming pool was huge and very very clean, with not much crowd! My kids didn't want to leave the resort!

The Service I got was fantastic and very nice greeting at the reception. The property itself was fantastic I very much enjoy staying here. Also a very good Breakfast.

Amazing staff (especially in the buffet), awesome food with a brilliant head chef and comfortable rooms. Sadly, I didn’t get to try these but I appreciated that there were interesting activities and a nice spa on the resort too.

The property was spread out with facilities for every age group. Enjoyed the hospitality. Food was outstanding with excellent service. Must recommended. Lives upto the tag of resort.

Property was excellent, nicely welcomed, overpriced for 5star too, enjoyed the stay, however would like to put some points which needs to be clear/improved when presenting it to customer. You cannot view Ocean from, sea facing rooms, it is obstructed by trees in between. When someone travelling with Kids, specially below 8 years, restaurant should consider the food parcels for Kids-food as they will not be eating as required in the restaurant or within the given timings during the breakfast. Every time we ask, we get into discussion and end up ordering separately at additional cost.
